I have had Sobosik Law representing me when I was seriously injured at work doing my job. Stacie Sobosik and her terrific team was so knowledgeable in the worker’s compensation laws in Massachusetts. My injury required 2 surgeries in the last 3 years. During that time you need to have a knowledgeable attorney who knows all the laws and will fight for you all the time. Stacie Sobosik did all the work that is necessary when you get injured on the job, she makes sure you are getting paid by worker’s compensation, she deals with the insurance company, and contacts doctors and gets ok’s for physical therapy. The laws in Massachusetts are complex in work injuries and it is important to have the Best and Sobosik Law is the Best in so many ways. You hear the saying’s on tv commercials for Lawyers saying Not all Law Firms are the same. That statement is so true, Sobosik Law and the great team do not stop fighting for you, and there is a lot to fight for !! I am extremely pleased with Stacie Sobosik’s work. She knows the workers compensation law from top to bottom, and was very articulate explaining my rights and everything about my case. Stacie and her team took care of every single detail, so I did not have to stress about legal and logistical matters anymore, and just focus on getting healthy again.

Before going to Sobosik Law I was very disappointed by another lawyer, I found Stacie through Google Search, and coming from such a bad experience with another lawyer I did not know what to expect. From my first meeting Stacie was very supportive and empathetic. She is knowledgeable not only about law, but also familiar with medical problems, to the point that made me believe that she had known about my injury and my recovery process before hand. I was astonished by how fast she picked up information about my case and made the right questions in order to understand more about my injury. Stacie Sobosik and Byron Mousmoules, attorneys with Sobosik Law in Medford, Massachusetts, demonstrated the breadth of their legal expertise and knowledge when I hired them to represent me in a particularly complex worker's compensation case. They explained the legal process in a manner easily understood by a layperson, but were never condescending.  They worked diligently with me and even traced my case back for six to nine months prior to my hiring them.  Through their research they found that I was not paid enough for my first case and was able to secure that money in a larger settlement during their case using that previous information. They adequately prepared me for my day before the judge to prevent me from becoming flustered in a unformiliar setting where opposing counsel posed confrontational questions.  I felt calm and confident with them by my side.  Most people would think they should hire a large law firm to represent them.  I totally disagree.  Being a smaller firm they had the time to devote to me.  I never felt like I was a number or they were working for anyone else but me. Any time I called with a question or dropped into they office without an appointment ( even with my dog) they greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, eager to help me in any way. Their receptionist,Natalie, is so sweet and kind. She also knows English, Spanish and Portuguese in case you need an interpreter. She always greeted me by name and offered to copy or fax anything I needed. They are warm and friendly and treated me like “family”.  I felt completely taken care of.   Their credentials are impeccable. Their legal training and expertise are evident in their interaction with other lawyers, paralegals, courthouse staff and clients.  Their "bedside manner" is subtle, warm and befriending.  I actually felt that they cared about me as a person who was wronged and not just a client. Stacie and Byron helped me receive a substantial settlement.  I could not be happier!!   For potential clients seeking legal representation, I highly recommend Attorneys Sobosik and Mousmoules. The Staff of Sobosik Law were very helpful in such horrible times! No one wants to get injured while working and not receive any compensation. I was hurt while working at a restaurant which left me with an existing injury that everyday impedes me to do the most easiest of activities . This is something that I will carry for the rest of my life but knowing that this team could get the compensation I deserved was well worth it !
